This involves shaping the digital tools and infrastructure to support game-changing innovation for global challenges.

I ignited entrepreneurial spirit among marginalized founders, providing tools and support to create game-changing technology solutions for global challenges. My role involved developing and operating mentoring, training, and networking programs for current cohorts and alumni. As Board Treasurer, I also ensured fiscal responsibility and strategic financial management.

I conceived and led the 2020 Zero Waste Ideas Hackathon, managing the project from initial concept to execution with a dedicated team. This initiative successfully engaged participants in developing innovative solutions for waste reduction, furthering the organization's mission.

I provided strategic planning and operations management leadership for an early-stage renewable energy startup focused on marine kinetic energy. Under my guidance, the company developed an innovative vertical-axis ocean current turbine and achieved semifinalist status in the 2015 CleanTech Open Accelerator, developing a comprehensive business plan and investor pitch.

I assumed this critical role as part of a 15-month project to stabilize and revive the society during a challenging period. My efforts successfully stabilized the operational model and secured partnerships for the National Solar Conference, ensuring the organization's survival and continuity.

On short notice, I took full responsibility for managing the 2013 National Solar Conference in Baltimore, ensuring its successful execution despite initial jeopardy. I then developed a joint conference strategy with InterSolar for 2014 and planned for future conferences, ensuring the event's survival and strategic growth.

As COO, I oversaw the operational excellence of the organization, ensuring efficient processes and strategic alignment. My leadership was instrumental in driving day-to-day activities and contributing to the company's overall performance and growth during this period.
